For customers who need their products urgently, we offer next working day delivery services on eligible orders.
Please note that next day delivery refers to the shipping service selected and is subject to successful dispatch of your order. We recommend contacting us before placing urgent orders to confirm production and delivery timescales.

Returns Policy
Embroidered, printed, or otherwise personalised items can only be returned if they are defective or not as described. All other non-personalised items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to a 6% restocking fee, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Returns for change of mind must be sent at the purchaser’s cost, using a suitable tracked service, and the goods remain the purchaser’s responsibility until received and inspected by us.
