Terms & Conditions

WRKHAUS supplies embroidered workwear, printed garments, PPE, tools, and related products to businesses and individuals throughout the United Kingdom.

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to WRKHAUS. “You” and “your” refer to the customer purchasing products from our website.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation.

This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order and does not constitute acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where:

• Products are unavailable.
• Pricing errors have occurred.
• Payment cannot be authorised.
• Fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Artwork, logos, or content supplied may infringe intellectual property rights or breach applicable laws.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, colours, sizes, and specifications are accurate.

However, colours displayed on screens may vary from actual products. Minor variations in colour, embroidery placement, print positioning, and garment manufacture shall not be considered defects.

Personalised products include, but are not limited to:

• Embroidered garments
• Printed garments
• Custom-branded PPE
• Any product customised with logos, text, or artwork

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, spelling, sizes, colours, and order details before production begins.

Once production has commenced, personalised orders cannot be amended or cancelled.

All prices displayed on our website are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).

We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We aim to dispatch the majority of orders on the same working day wherever possible.

However, customers should allow up to 48 hours for dispatch during busy periods, for larger orders, or where production requirements apply.

Next working day delivery services are available on eligible orders.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing. We shall not be liable for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, public holidays, industrial action, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

Personalised Products
Due to their customised nature, embroidered, printed, or otherwise personalised products may only be returned where:

• The goods are defective; or
• The goods are materially different from the approved order specification.

Personalised items cannot be returned due to incorrect sizing selections, change of mind, or customer errors in supplied artwork, text, or specifications.

Non-Personalised Products
Non-personalised products may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided that:

• The goods are unused;
• The goods remain in their original condition;
• Original packaging is intact and suitable for resale.

Approved returns for non-personalised products will be subject to a 6% restocking fee.

Return Shipping
Returns due to a change of mind must be returned at the purchaser’s expense using a suitable tracked delivery service.

Goods remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received and inspected by WRKHAUS.

We recommend retaining proof of postage and tracking information.
Refunds will be processed following inspection and approval of returned goods.

If you believe goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, you must notify us as soon as reasonably possible and provide supporting photographs where requested.

Where a product is confirmed as faulty or incorrectly supplied, we may, at our discretion:

• Repair the item;
• Replace the item; or
• Provide an appropriate refund.

Nothing within these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

Customers warrant that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use any logos, artwork, trademarks, designs, or content submitted to WRKHAUS.

The customer agrees to indemnify WRKHAUS against any claims, losses, damages, costs, or legal actions arising from the unauthorised use of intellectual property supplied by the customer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WRKHAUS shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses;
• Loss of profits;
• Loss of business opportunities;
• Loss of reputation;
• Delays beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods purchased.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

WRKHAUS shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations where such delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters;
• Floods;
• Fires;
• Power outages;
• Supply chain disruptions;
• Industrial disputes;
• Government restrictions;
• Courier service interruptions.

Personal information supplied through our website will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
